02UK establishment and authority

Expertini is established in the United Kingdom through EXPERTINI LIMITED (Company Number 14624875, registered in England and Wales, 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ) — see the Imprint for both group entities and which one operates this service. Because there is a UK establishment, no separate UK representative arrangement is needed for UK data subjects.

Complaints or regulatory queries specific to UK data subjects should be directed first to dpo@mail.expertini.com; if unresolved, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the ICO directly (ico.org.uk), and you may do so without contacting us first.

03International transfers post-Brexit

Where data is processed by a sub-processor outside the UK, the UK's International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or equivalent adequacy-based safeguards apply, consistent with the standard contractual clauses used for EU transfers.
